Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

PETERSBURG, FL 33702, USA, kafoonllc@gmail .com ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

If you would like to return the entire item, please state the reason. As soon as we receive your package, we will refund the amount minus EUR 4.95 for return shipping within Germany and minus EUR 9.95 from Austria and Switzerland.
Please note that when returning partial orders from bundle or promotional offers (e.g. "pay for two, get two free"), the items received for free must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.
consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments in accordance with our terms and conditions at the latest within 20 working days from the day on which we have verifiably received the return shipment. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation to finance the contract.
Please note that due to careful inspection, the processing time for your return and the subsequent refund may take up to 10 working days after receipt of the returned goods. We thank you for your understanding.
